This year is bringing lots of big changes for Alyssa and I as we anticipate beginning our new lives as parents and moving out to our century farm to raise the fifth generation on Rolling Acres. All these great new things are now top priority, which, as a result, will leave us putting CornerHaus 101 up for sale. We appreciate everyone’s business these last four years and have greatly enjoyed the experience of meeting new people and hosting a variety of events here.
CornerHaus 101 is a unique and special place in Holstein that is the right combination of cozy, classy, and quality. There is a lot of potential to add to an already successful and versatile business in a small vibrant community right off the highway. We had no experience as small business owners coming into our ownership of CornerHaus; and, believe me, if we can do it, you can do it! We are familiar with the SBA financing process and will ensure a very smooth transition regarding licensing, accounts, paperwork, etc.
